Hidden CommonsPRIVACY / PLAINLY STATED
Your curiosity
is not a commodity.
Effective September 1, 2026
What we collect
If you create an account, we store your email, display preferences, saved gatherings, and followed hosts so your Commons can travel between devices. If you join the calendar letter or submit a gathering, we store the information you provide for those purposes. Unsaved Guide questions are not added to your account.
How sign-in works
Hidden Commons uses Supabase to deliver passwordless private sign-in links and establish a secure session. We do not store a password. Authentication records are kept separately from the editorial calendar.
Why we collect it
Account information is used to synchronize your calendar and preferences. Email addresses are used to send the updates you choose. Submission details are used only to assess, verify, and potentially publish a listing or contact its submitter.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not turn saved events or Guide questions into an advertising profile. We do not ask you to state or prove a religious belief.
Your choices
You may export your account record from Your Commons, unsubscribe from any email, or request account and submission removal at hello@thehiddencommons.com.
